The 30” Forno All Gas Range brings professional styling and Performance into your home kitchen with its durable and beatiful 304 grade stainless-steel design. Cooking surface has 5 sealed burners with a total output of 68,000 BTU including 1 sealed dual-ring burner for simmering melting chocolate or cooking sauces, 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces, Continuous cast iron grates allowmaximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. This 4.32 cu.ft. convection fan oven has an impressive blue enamel interior, allowing for easy cleaning. The 3-layer glass oven door window provides both heat retention and an unobstructed view. This oven also boasts a total output of 26,000 BTU, providing plenty of power for baking, roasting, and broiling. Included are 2 fully telescopic easy access stainless steel oven racks, concave Wok Ring and LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years. The 6239 series is limited distribution.
