Shipping policy can change at anytime due to third party companies shipping. Our standard shipping times are 7-20 days however this can change at anytime. We cannot guarantee shipments to be on time due to ienjoy now using third party companies to ship (Canada post, Fedex, UPS etc.)

Some areas are excluded from our free shipping policy. Free shipping is eligible for orders shipping in Canada & USA, except for rural and remote rural postal codes that do not qualify for free shipping. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our free shipping to select remote areas due to the higher cost of shipping. If you are placing an order to be shipped to one of the remote locations, our customer service team will reach out to you to find a solution. Thank you for your understanding.
